The Juno Therapy Collective is a space for honest, depth-oriented therapy. A space where your experiences are not rushed, simplified, or made to fit a narrative. Instead, we stay with them, explore them, and understand them—together.
Because meaningful change doesn’t come from quick answers. It comes from being deeply seen.
Meet the team
Natasha Vijay
Therapist | Founder, The Juno Therapy Collective
Natasha Vijay is a therapist with over 10 years of experience, working with young adults as they navigate anxiety, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Her work is rooted in depth-oriented, relational therapy, with a focus on slowing down, making sense of patterns, and creating space for honest, meaningful conversations.
She runs her private practice in Bangalore, India, and is the founder of The Juno Therapy Collective—an initiative that grew out of her desire to build a space for thoughtful, accessible, and affirming mental health care.
Natasha’s approach is intersectional and queer-affirmative. She is attentive to how personal histories, relationships, and the larger social world shape emotional experiences. In sessions, she works collaboratively with clients, supporting them in exploring what feels stuck or overwhelming, and in building a more grounded, compassionate relationship with themselves.
Alongside her clinical work, Natasha is a trustee with Second Chance Sanctuary, an animal rescue and adoption initiative, where she leads outreach and community engagement.
Services
The work is grounded in depth-oriented, relational therapy. It is trauma-informed, intersectional, and queer-affirmative. The aim is not just symptom relief, but deeper understanding and sustainable change. The larger overarching goal is a better quality of life - what this looks like for you will be unique to your life experiences, and we will do our best to honour that. The frequency of sessions varies from person to person and is set up keeping your unique requirements in mind.
We currently offer individual and couples therapy at TJTC.

What can I expect from therapy here?
At The Juno Therapy Collective we focus on depth, honesty, and meaningful change. Sessions are conversational and collaborative. You can expect a space where your experiences are explored with care, and worked through at your pace. We work primarily with young adults and adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, relationships, identity, trauma, emotional regulation, and life transitions.
What you share in therapy is kept confidential, with a few legal and ethical exceptions (such as risk of harm to yourself or others). These limits are explained clearly in the informed consent form.
What if I’m unsure whether therapy is right for me?
That’s completely okay. The introductory call is a good space to explore this. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out, nor is prior experience with therapy a pre-requisite. Wel talk about what you're hoping to explore through this process and if we are a good fit for you. If you feel ready to, we will process the next steps. If not, we will provide referrals for other clinicians who maybe a better fit based on what youre looking for.
